LOCKPORT, NY — Two inmates at the Niagara County Correctional Facility have been charged with assault following an investigation into an attack on another inmate.
Brandon T. Carbone, 27, of Lewiston, and Dylan T. Brown, 30, of North Tonawanda, were arrested and charged with assault in the third degree.
