Thank you to Josh Maloni and the Tribune for featuring the Town of Niagara in this week’s edition. Our town may be small, but we have a lot going on and a lot to offer!
•The Military Road sewer construction is complete but, unfortunately, there is another sewer collapse further down toward Viola’s that the town is going to have to repair. More traffic issues, but hopefully not as long or difficult. We truly wish we didn’t have this problem, but we have no other options but to repair it. As inconvenient and extremely costly as it is, again, it is required.
•In the past two years, there have been many projects proposed to the town. Currently, there are nine different housing projects to include apartments, townhouses, single-family homes, a complex of apartments fully handicap adaptable. If they all come to fruition, which I hope they do, our census will increase and we will receive more share of sales tax, which is dispersed by population…
