INDIANAPOLIS — A total of 10 people were arrested, eight vehicles were towed and two citations were issued after reckless driving and street racing in Indianapolis over the weekend.
According to IMPD, four arrests were made along East 82nd Street where large groups of trucks had gathered to partake in “illegal driving activity” in a parking lot.
