INDIANAPOLIS (WKRC) – Authorities arrested a violent felon after he reportedly passed out in a vehicle while driving near an intersection in Indiana.
According to WXIN, 43-year-old Troy Anthony Phillips of Indianapolis is facing multiple felony charges after police allegedly found a loaded shotgun and several illegal drugs inside his vehicle after he was found unconscious behind the wheel near a busy intersection.
