INDIANAPOLIS — After a female ignored a juvenile male’s request to hang out with her, he and three other males allegedly broke into her apartment and pointed a gun at her.
Joshua Samuel Pacheco Murillo, 16, is facing a slew of charges, including the following:
- Burglary, a Level 2 Felony
- Armed Robbery, a Level 3 Felony
- Criminal Recklessness, a Level 5 Felony
- Intimidation, a Level 5 Felony
- Dangerous Possession of a Firearm, a Class A misdemeanor
- Unlawful Carrying of a Handgun, a Class B misdemeanor
According to court documents, officers were called to Knights Bridges Boulevard in response to reports of a residential burglary around 3:27 p.m. on Monday.
The victim told officers she was asleep in her bedroom when she heard glass shattering in the living room. When she went to see what had happened, she was reportedly met by Pacheco Murillo…
