INDIANAPOLIS — A Greenwood man has been charged with possession of a destructive device in Marion County.
According to an affidavit for probable cause filed Monday, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department found 44-year-old Jay Charles Stinson Jr. to be in possession of a prescription medication bottle that was wrapped in electrical tape and had a fuse protruding out of it on July 17.
