BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Bedford County say an arrest warrant has been issued for an Indianapolis man who is accused of posing as a local contractor and defrauding the Bedford High School of over $1.6 million.
Investigators say the alleged theft was discovered after the company that was hired to conduct renovations at the high school claimed that they had not yet been paid.
