Indianapolis firefighters call out semi truck driver who ran over water supply line for ‘total lack of awareness’

The Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD) said that a semi truck driver hampered efforts to respond to a structure fire on Friday.

On July 31, 2026, IFD responded to a fire at a commercial space located at 333 S Franklin Road in Indianapolis. The building houses several businesses including a recycling company.
