Wayne County
In Wayne County, a diverse 224-acre property near Centerville will be offered in eight tracts via hybrid auction on Oct. 14 at the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Richmond.
Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company is handling the sale on behalf of the Gregory and Teresa Brewer farm.
Several tracts are enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) through September 2027, while approximately 59 acres of the property are enrolled in Indiana’s Classified Forest and Wildland Program.
