INDIANA — More than 130 people were arrested and dozens of firearms were seized during a multi-day operation targeting violent offenders, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Police said 133 individuals were taken into custody as part of “Operation Guardian,” a coordinated effort involving multiple local, state and federal agencies aimed at apprehending wanted suspects and reducing violent crime.
During the operation, authorities recovered significant evidence, including 35 guns and two machine gun conversion devices. Investigators also seized approximately 250 grams of fentanyl, 350 grams of cocaine, 118 pills and more than $41,000 in cash believed to be tied to criminal activity…
