INDIANAPOLIS — INDOT has announced its “Level Up 31” project is moving into the third of four phases, which means motorists will need to be aware of upcoming ramp closures on the north side of Indianapolis.
According to INDOT, Phase 3 is expected to begin on or after Monday, May 11. The upcoming work will widen the eastbound and westbound Interstate 465 ramps onto northbound U.S. 31. It will also bring additional improvements to account for the rapid growth that area has experienced.
The Phase 3 closures will remain in place through the fall. During that time, a temporary traffic shift will be in place along U.S. 31/Meridian Street from 106th Street to 96th Street…
