FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Rain moving through Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio this morning will taper off and become isolated by evening before clearing out completely. However, don’t expect much warmth. High temperatures will only reach the low 50s — well below the typical high of 67 degrees for this time of year.
The real concern comes tonight and into Saturday morning. A Freeze Watch is in place across the region, with sub-freezing temperatures expected to dip as low as the upper 20s and lower 30s. Sensitive plants, gardens, and crops are at risk of frost and freeze damage during these cold conditions…
