RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – On Monday, 25 Wake County law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty were honored at a memorial ceremony at Hayes Barton Baptist Church.
During the ceremony, multiple speakers talked about the impact their deaths have had on the Wake County community, including Attorney General Jeff Jackson and Raleigh Police Chief Rico Boyce.
