What to Expect
Churp will serve as a sister concept to Helikson’s existing brand and will maintain a focus on clean eating. The difference, Helikson said, is to create a more streamlined menu and operation. “With Chirp, the goal has always been to simplify the concept. Do less, but do less better,” Helikson told Business Debut.
Guests will have a straightforward menu of healthy bowls with rice, chicken, fresh vegetables, flavorful sauces, no seed oils, no ultra-processed food, and a kids menu…
