YPSILANTI., MI - The case against a man accused of fatally striking a motorcyclist with his car has been dismissed. Timothy Schaden, 63, was ruled incompetent to stand trial on March 24 during a hearing before 14A-2 District Court Judge Karl Barr, according to court records.
