South Florida Custard FTL LLC recently filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Whit’s Frozen Custard at 4336 N. Federal Highway, just north of Oakland Park Boulevard. The frozen custard shop is expected to open fall 2026.
