CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey is increasing deputy patrols in Over-The-Rhine, adding more law enforcement bodies to the neighborhood. Deputies have been providing assistance to Cincinnati Police for a couple of months by adding more law enforcement presence to the area.
