YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The secretary for Wrightsville Borough has been accused of making $135,561.75 in unauthorized purchases on three different borough-owned credit cards. Tammie Hoff, 53, of Dover, has been charged with three counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and access device fraud.
