Fort Lauderdale is getting ready for some frozen treats when Whit’s Frozen Custard opens in North Fort Lauderdale. South Florida Custard FTL LLC recently filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Whit’s Frozen Custard at 4336 N. Federal Highway, just north of Oakland Park Boulevard. The frozen custard shop is expected to open fall 2026.
