HOSPERS—Two people were arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday, April 5, near Hospers on a charge of disorderly conduct — fighting/violent behavior. The arrest of 61-year-old Mark Ridder Young of Lincoln, NE, and 18-year-old Jacobi James Fischer of Hospers stemmed from an erratic driving complaint on the Highway 60 expressway, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
