SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — A hiker was rescued after experiencing a seizure near Bell Pass Trail in Scottsdale on Saturday, according to the city's fire department. Around 12 p.m., Phoenix and Scottsdale technical rescue teams were called to a mountain rescue near Bell Pass Trail, near Bell Road and Tatum Boulevard.
