PROVIDENCE, RI — A North Providence man was arrested on an active bench warrant following a motor vehicle accident on Route 95. Tyler Mclewin, 30, of North Providence, was taken into custody at 8:18 a.m. on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of domestic violence originating from the Cranston Police Department.
