ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Manchester Road at Weidman Road has reopened after it closed due to a vehicle crash Saturday morning. Officers from the West County Precinct responded to the scene at 8:28. Four vehicles were involved, and Manchester Road was closed in both directions, according to police.
