SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A line of severe thunderstorms moved across Central New York Wednesday afternoon and evening between 3 and 7 PM. While many suburbs, towns and villages only experienced pouring rain, thunder, lightning, gusty winds and a some pea-sized hail, others experienced some trees down and larger hail.
