CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Residents near Kenwood Park Northeast woke up to garbage scattered across the park after Memorial Day weekend.
The mess coincides with Cedar Rapids’ new “Carry In, Carry Out” initiative, which encourages visitors to take trash with them when they leave.
