Early this spring, NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids announced that five new vendors were in the process of moving in. We’re happy to report that the last of those five is now welcoming customers! Sliderlicious Slidersis officially open for business.
About Sliderlicious Sliders
Sliderlicious Sliders got its start as a food truck back in the summer of 2024. The truck looked like a little log cabin and offered rustic-themed sliders, with names like Lumberjack’s Delight and Smokey Mountain Brisket. Unfortunately, the truck was totaled in an accident just a few weeks later, which resulted in the business continuing as a food tent until money could be raised for a new truck.
In February of this year, Sliderlicious Sliders made a big announcement on social media regarding the future of the business! The post said:
