TIFFIN, Iowa (KCRG) – After weeks of garbage pick-up issues across Johnson County, Tiffin Mayor Tim Kasparek says LRS, the company responsible for trash collection, has brought on new leadership.
For weeks, communities across Johnson County have been complaining about missed garbage and recycling collection. These issues were made prominent after LRS bought Johnson County Refuse, which had previously been responsible for collection.
