CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Trial dates are set for the two suspects from Cedar Rapids involved in a shooting that injured five people at the Iowa City Ped Mall in April.
17-year-old Damarion Jones, who is accused of firing 6 rounds, faces five charges:
- Attempted Murder (5 counts)
- Willful Injury Assault Causing Serious Injury (3 counts)
- Willful Injury Assault Causing Bodily Injury (2 counts)
- Going Armed with Intent
The other 17-year-old charged, Ka’Mari Dozier, faces attempted murder charges. Police say that he supplied the guns used in the shooting.
