CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The City of Cedar Rapids says construction work will start Monday to convert one ways near Coe College to two-way traffic on 12th Street SE between 1st Avenue E and 3rd Avenue SE; Coe Road NE between 1st Avenue E and A Avenue NE; and 13th Street SE between 1st Avenue E and 2nd Avenue SE.
Crews will put in traffic signals, pavement markings, and sign improvement as well as replace sanitary manholes and watermain on 12th Street SE, as well as sidewalk on 12th Street SE between 2nd Avenue SE and 3rd Avenue SE.
The City says the project will include pavement rehabilitation of 12th Street SE between 1st Avenue E and 3rd Avenue SE, and additional parking on Coe Road NE near Greene Hall…
