Dubuque Police have made a third arrest in connection with the April armed robbery of a teenager.
19-year old Simon Ntitetereza of Cedar Rapids was taken into custody on Friday and faces first degree robbery charges.
The 17-year old boy told police Ntitetereza along with 18-year old Kortez Rhodes of Dubuque and 16-year old Devion O’Bannon of Cedar Rapids robbed him at gunpoint outside of a Dubuque gas station. Rhodes and O’Bannon were arrested a few days after the incident was reported…
