CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The Iowa Department of Transportation says the loop ramp from Highway 30 west to I-380 south reopened five days earlier than anticipated, thanks to hardworking construction crews.
The ramp closed April 19 and reopened Friday morning.
