LINN COUNTY, Iowa — Authorities are investigating after an elderly man was found dead Tuesday in a ditch on the northeast side of Cedar Rapids.
Linn County Sheriff’s deputies and Hiawatha Ambulance were called to the 3800 block of Greystone Drive after a report of a person lying in a ditch. When first responders arrived, they found an elderly man who was already deceased.
Investigators have identified the man, but his name has not yet been released as officials work to notify his family…
