Oregon QB commit Will Mencl earns A grade after strong opening night at Elite 11 Finals

Oregon quarterback commit Will Mencl wasted little time making a strong impression on the national stage.

The four-star quarterback out of Chandler, Arizona, earned an A grade from 247Sports following the first night of competition at the Elite 11 Finals in Manhattan Beach, California. The nation’s premier quarterback event opened Friday night with a two-hour throwing session under the lights at Mira Costa High School, giving the 20 finalists their first chance to compete in front of evaluators.
