This week, the Phoenix Police Department gave us two stories for the price of one: a sergeant who showed up armed and masked to a student anti-ICE protest with a plan to get teenagers arrested — and a fleet of unmarked cop cars running Mexican license plates through Brown neighborhoods. Chief Matt Giordano called both situations unacceptable. The community called it Tuesday.
