Downtown Ocotillo Welcomes Three New Restaurants

Downtown Ocotillo introduces a trio of new dining concepts in Chandler, as Bonsai, Lucca Coastal Kitchen, and Lucca Living Room debut as part of a spring refresh at the mixed-use development. The project is led by restaurateur and real estate developer Spike Lawrence, alongside a group of local investors with longstanding ties to the Chandler community. The ownership group includes Bill Ryan, Nancy Purdy, Steve and Alane Kovach, and Lori Gates, among others, all of whom share a focus on creating a neighborhood-centric destination in the East Valley.

I’m honored to partner with not only a group of close-knit friends, but well-respected Chandler business owners who are deeply invested in the prosperity of the area.”
