CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A West Ashley lawn care business owner returned home Sunday morning to find someone had tampered with a trailer carrying his equipment, one of two similar incidents reported in the area that morning.
Ryan Bouknight, owner of Grassnut Lawn Care, said he had been out of town and noticed something unusual when he got back.
