FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Coroner has released the name of the man who died after swimming near the Folly Beach Pier on Wednesday.

Fawaz Ali Murshed, 30, from Yemen, died on Wednesday shortly after 4 p.m. at the James Island Emergency Department after being recovered from the water near the Folly Beach Pier.
Folly Beach Public Safety is investigating the situation…
