CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A 19-year-old was arrested after a shooting in downtown Charleston Monday night.
Dakari Ladelle Johnson, 19, of Summerville, has been charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
