NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston County Council is set to vote on how to spend $2.6 million in federal funding aimed at helping residents with housing, jobs and basic needs.
The money comes through the Urban Entitlement Program, which receives funds from the federal government.
