NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man was arrested on Monday after an alleged strong-armed robbery, according to officers with the North Charleston Police Department.
Officers responded to Dorchester Road and Evanston Boulevard around 1:30 p.m. after reports of an assault and robbery, where they reportedly found a victim with several bruises and cuts on his head.
The victim told officers that a man, whom the victim knew, approached the victim’s vehicle, allegedly punched him repeatedly without provocation, and then took his wallet. The suspect then reportedly fled behind a nearby shopping plaza…
