NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A previously convicted felon from Mount Pleasant was arrested in North Charleston on Tuesday by officers on patrol.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department were patrolling near Comstock Avenue and Davis Street, an area that officers said is known for narcotics activity, on Tuesday afternoon.
