NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Two teenagers were arrested on alleged robbery charges after an incident on Wednesday near Northwoods Mall, officers said.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a reported robbery at 2150 Northwoods Blvd. A group of juvenile victims told officers that another group of teenagers had harassed them while inside the mall.
