New development expands housing opportunities for homeless individuals and families in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – One80 Place and development partners have opened a new development expanding affordable housing opportunities, emergency shelters, and support services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Charleston.

The first-of-its-kind investment in Charleston is a six-story mixed-use building with 50 studio apartments, 16 one-bedroom apartments, and four two-bedroom apartments for low to no-income residents.
