NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department arrested a Charleston man after he allegedly attacked a pedestrian with a screwdriver on Saturday.
According to the North Charleston Police Department, officers responded to the area of Spruill Avenue near Jacksonville Road around 8:00 a.m. after receiving reports of two men fighting in the road. Officers initiated their emergency equipment due to the seriousness of the call.
