NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department arrested a teenager after he allegedly shot at a man in a road rage incident Thursday morning.
The 17-year-old, whose name was not released because of his age, is charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and sale or delivery of a handgun to a person under age 18.
