WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCSC) — The City of Charleston has created a webpage to help residents affected by a fatal apartment fire in West Ashley.
The fire occurred at the Middleton Cove Apartments on Ashley River Road over the weekend and killed Rachel Fitzpatrick, 57, of Charleston.
