CHARLESTON — One of the Lowcountry’s top sushi destinations is moving into a larger location with more than triple the capacity of its current address.
167 Sushi Bar, from the owners of no-reservations seafood spot 167 Raw, will relocate to 5 Cumberland St. later this year. The space was previously home to Irish bar Bumpa’s and, before that, Moe’s Downtown Tavern, Jimmy Dengate’s, Egan & Sons and Cumberland Street Smokehouse.
