CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Poor conditions in the Charleston Housing Authority properties are still plaguing the folks who live there, and new inspection records show most units are still not even getting looked at.

“Oh, water comes in,” Brown said. “It comes pouring through. Like I said, we have to put a pot or a bowl or something, you know, to catch it.”
