CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Fire Department is offering a series of free CPR and Stop the Bleed workshops throughout September to help community members learn lifesaving emergency response skills.
The workshops are open to the public and will provide hands-on instruction designed to help participants respond during medical emergencies before first responders arrive.
