NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) announced it has adjusted search operations for Lawrence Thompson, 72, of Awendaw, who was last seen on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Authorities say the missing 72-year-old man has a medical condition that could cause him to appear confused or disoriented.
